As you may be aware, there are global shortages in supplies of parts, materials and containers, along with port congestion and a shortage of truck drivers - factors that are currently affecting many industries not only in Puerto Rico, but around the world, particularly affecting shipping of household appliances.
This unprecedented global situation has made keeping up with demand for home appliances very difficult and has led to long delays in order fulfillment.
In this context, the delivery dates are only estimates based on the state of production of the factories, who reserve the right to change this information from time to time.
We've been tracking the home appliance production schedule for all our orders placed, and in an individual house level: our incremental strategy of completing each house at once. Please know that our whole team is working diligently to improve the situation and that we are doing our best to manage this on a level of personalized commitment to get every single unit out to every single customer.
Once again, we are faced with an unprecedented global situation that particularly affects the home appliance industry. We work with the most prestigious appliance brands and factories in the world, and we can attest from our experience that compared to others, we are in an advantageous position to solve difficulties and fulfill our commitment to our customers. We know first-hand from other ultra-premium appliance manufacturers that they are promising current open-order deliveries for August 22 and beyond, for orders placed in late 2020.
